The XP242E supports PCB sizes from 80×50 mm to 508×457 mm, with thickness from 0.5 to 4.0 mm. It achieves a placement speed of 0.43 sec per component (~14,000 CPH) and high accuracy: ±0.05 mm for both chips and QFPs. With up to 40 feeders (configurable front/back), it can handle a wide variety of component types and sizes. Its compact design and optional features make it suitable for automotive electronics, LED production, consumer electronics, and industrial PCB assembly.
