The FUJI NXT M3II Pick & Place Machine supports single conveyor PCB sizes ranging from 48×48 mm to 534×610 mm. It is compatible with a variety of placement heads, including V12, H12HS, H08, H04, H02, and H01, enabling high-precision placement of ultra-small components such as 0201 packages. The M3 II model can handle up to 20 component types per module using 8mm tape conversion.

Designed with a compact footprint, the machine is available in two base sizes: the 4M base measures 1,400 × 1,934 × 1,476 mm, while the 2M base measures 740.2 × 1,934 × 1,476 mm, allowing flexible integration into production lines. It operates on a 3-phase 200V–230V ±10% power supply (50/60Hz) and weighs approximately 2,135 kg for the 4M base and 1,095 kg for the 2M base, ensuring both stability and reliability during high-speed SMT operations.
