The design is compatible with 8-72mm tape reels, covering the feeding requirements from miniature resistors and capacitors (0201/0402) to large connectors and LED modules. The quick material replacement mechanism (<5 seconds per operation) reduces the downtime of the production line and is suitable for flexible production of multiple varieties in small batches
It adopts a closed-loop servo motor and a high-rigidity gear set. The feeding speed can reach up to 1,500 CPH (Components Per Hour), and the positioning accuracy is ±0.008mm. With an intelligent anti-vibration algorithm, it can effectively reduce the risk of component deviation during high-speed operation, and the component rejection rate is less than 0.01%.
he main frame is made of magnesium-aluminum alloy, which is lightweight (2.8kg) and impact-resistant, and it supports continuous high-intensity operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. How to fix communication errors between SMT Feeder and pick-and-place machine?
Confirm that the PIN pins of the Feeder interface are not bent or oxidized. Check whether the Feeder firmware version supports the model of the chip mounter. Restart the control unit of the chip mounter and reload the parameter configuration file of the Feeder.

How to quickly replace worn parts like feeder gears?
Cut off the power supply and remove the tape.
Use a 3mm hexagonal wrench to remove the gear cover plate (pay attention to the spring tension).
Take out the old gear set and compare the pitch consistency with that of the new gear.
Apply thermal conductive silicone grease and then install the new gear.
Use a calibration jig to test the feeding tension (target value: 2.5N±0.3N).
