They are compatible with high-end chip mounters of the Panasonic CM402, CM602 and NPM series, support tape reels with a width of 8-72mm, and are widely suitable for the precision component mounting requirements in fields such as consumer electronics, automotive electronics, and industrial control.

It can be seamlessly adapted to the Panasonic CM402/CM602/NPM series chip mounters, ensuring the stability of the (cooperation) of the equipment and reducing the debugging cost of the production line. It supports the SMEMA communication protocol, synchronizes the working status of the chip mounter in real time, and improves the production efficiency of the entire production line.
The design is compatible with 8-72mm tape reels, covering the feeding requirements from miniature resistors and capacitors (0201/0402) to large connectors and LED modules. The quick material replacement mechanism (<5 seconds per operation) reduces the downtime of the production line and is suitable for flexible production of multiple varieties in small batches
It adopts a closed-loop servo motor and a high-rigidity gear set. The feeding speed can reach up to 1,500 CPH (Components Per Hour), and the positioning accuracy is ±0.008mm. With an intelligent anti-vibration algorithm, it can effectively reduce the risk of component deviation during high-speed operation, and the component rejection rate is less than 0.01%.
he main frame is made of magnesium-aluminum alloy, which is lightweight (2.8kg) and impact-resistant, and it supports continuous high-intensity operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The lifespan of key components exceeds 800,000 cycles, and the MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) is ≥100,000 hours.

Durée de vie standard : La durée de vie moyenne d'un chargeur CMS de qualité industrielle est de 3 à 5 millions de cycles. Par exemple, la série Yamaha CL peut atteindre jusqu'à 8 millions de cycles.

Comment résoudre les erreurs de communication entre le chargeur SMT et la machine pick-and-place ?
Vérifiez que les broches PIN de l'interface du chargeur ne sont pas pliées ou oxydées. Vérifiez si la version du micrologiciel du chargeur prend en charge le modèle du monteur de puces. Redémarrez l'unité de contrôle du monteur de puces et rechargez le fichier de configuration des paramètres du Feeder.

Les alimentateurs SMT tiers peuvent-ils égaler les performances des OEM ?
Les feeders tiers présentent un avantage en termes de coûts à court terme, mais il existe des différences significatives. Pour une production de haute précision et en grandes quantités, il est préférable de choisir les alimentateurs d'usine d'origine. Pour des productions d'essai ou des scénarios de faible complexité, il est possible d'essayer des marques tierces de haute qualité.

Comment remplacer rapidement les pièces usées comme les engrenages d'alimentation ?
Coupez l'alimentation électrique et retirez le ruban adhésif.
Utilisez une clé hexagonale de 3 mm pour retirer la plaque de protection de l'engrenage (faites attention à la tension du ressort).
Retirez l'ancien jeu d'engrenages et comparez la cohérence du pas avec celle du nouvel engrenage.
Appliquez de la graisse silicone conductrice thermique, puis installez le nouvel engrenage.
Utilisez un gabarit d'étalonnage pour tester la tension d'alimentation (valeur cible : 2,5 N±0,3 N).
