Comment résoudre les erreurs de communication entre le chargeur SMT et la machine pick-and-place ?

Comment remplacer rapidement les pièces usées comme les engrenages d'alimentation ?
Coupez l'alimentation électrique et retirez le ruban adhésif.
Utilisez une clé hexagonale de 3 mm pour retirer la plaque de protection de l'engrenage (faites attention à la tension du ressort).
Retirez l'ancien jeu d'engrenages et comparez la cohérence du pas avec celle du nouvel engrenage.
Appliquez de la graisse silicone conductrice thermique, puis installez le nouvel engrenage.
