Special ceramic nozzles for ASM Siplace (Siemens) chip mounters are compatible with the full series of models including 1001, 1003, 1004, 1005, 1006, 1008, and 1009. Made of high-purity zirconia (ZrO₂) material, they can withstand high temperatures up to 650°C. Designed with anti-static and anti-oxidation features, they can accurately pick up ultra-small components such as 0201, 0402, and QFN. The rejection rate is as low as 0.05%.
