High-speed placement capability: Under optimal conditions, the KE-3020 can achieve a chip component placement speed of 20,900 CPH. According to the IPC9850 standard, it is 17,100 CPH. For IC components, the placement speed is 9,470 CPH (using MNVC image recognition technology).
Components have a wide range of adaptability: This equipment can handle components ranging from small 0402 chip components to large 74mm square components, and even large components of 50×150mm.
Versatility: The KE-3020 is equipped with a laser mounting head (6 nozzles) and a high-resolution vision mounting head (1 nozzle). It uses an electric dual-track feeder and can load 160 types of components.
