The JUKI-KE-2080 pick-and-place machine is a high-precision general-purpose pick-and-place machine suitable for placing ICs or special-shaped components with complex shapes, and it has the ability to place small components at high speed.

Component Placement Speed: The placement speed of chip components is 20,200 CPH (laser recognition, under optimal conditions) and 16,700 CPH (laser recognition, in accordance with IPC9850 standard); the placement speed of IC components is 1,850 CPH (image recognition, actual production efficiency) and 4,860 CPH (image recognition, when using the MNVC optional accessory).
Component Size Range: It is capable of handling components ranging from 0402 (01005 in the imperial system) chips to 74mm square components, and can even handle components with a size of 50×150mm.
Placement Precision: The precision of laser recognition is ±0.05mm, and the precision of image recognition is ±0.03mm (±0.04mm when using the MNVC optional accessory).
