The Yamaha YS100 is a compact SMT (Surface Mount Technology) chip mounter launched by Yamaha Motor. It is an entry-level/mid-range model in its series of high-performance mounting equipment, specifically designed to meet the electronic production requirements of small to medium batches and a wide variety of product types.

Yamaha Chip Mounter YS100: It has a high-speed mounting capability of 25,000 CPH (equivalent to 0.14 seconds per CHIP: under optimal conditions). With excellent overall mounting accuracy of ±50μm (for CHIP) and ±30μm (for QFP), it can handle a wide range of components, from as small as 0402 CHIP to components with a size of □45mm and long connectors. It can handle components with a height of up to 15mm. It is applicable to L-sized substrates (L510×W460mm). A built-in tape cutter for the main body is available as an optional accessory.
