The JUKI KE-3010 pick-and-place machine is the 7th generation modular pick-and-place machine developed by JUKI. Its Chinese name is "high-speed pick-and-place machine", which features faster speed and higher quality, and can significantly enhance production performance. This pick-and-place machine is the latest member of the KE series. It inherits the advantages of the products in the KE series and has been upgraded and improved in many aspects.

Electric Feeders: The KE-3010 supports ETF (Electric Tape Feeder) and CTF/ATF (Mechanical Tape Feeder). By adopting the newly launched EF08HD "Electric Double-track Tape Feeder", the number of placeable component types can reach 160. This significantly reduces the frequency and time of component replacement, thus improving production efficiency.
High-speed Placement: In terms of placement speed, the placement speed of chip components can reach up to 23,500 CPH, and that of IC components can reach 9,000 CPH. The placement head is equipped with the LNC60 laser recognition system developed by JUKI, which can achieve high-speed and high-quality placement. The recognition range extends from 0.4x0.2mm components to 33.5mm square components.
High-precision Placement: The placement precision of the laser recognition system is ±0.05mm (±3σ), and that of the image recognition is ±0.04mm (±3σ), ensuring high-precision placement operations.
Flexible Production Line Configuration: The modular design of the products in the KE series enables the production line to be flexibly configured according to the production volume, adapting to different production requirements.
